Introduction

Spice Client Portal is a means to allow your clients access to Spice. The client portal offers many different features most of which can be found in Spice Help Desk. Currently the Client Portal offers two items which are not included in Spice Help Desk, the Escalated Cases panel on the home tab and the Reports tab.

Escalated Cases

The Client Portal home tab offers one major difference over the Help Desk home tab, the difference in the inclusion of an 'Escalated Cases' panel. This panel allows the client to view all unresolved cases that have been escalated to them. The panel operates in the same way as the Help Desk 'My Cases' panel allowing the client to view expanded details for each case and providing them with a link to the account via the case id.

Reports

Spice Client Portal Reports

The reports included in SpiceCSM are meant to be simple to use and build upon if you want to manually add your own. To run a report first select the type of report you would like to run and then the type output you would like from the report. Currently reports can output a table, graph, or both. Next select the date range for you report and then click run report.
